Data Deletion Instructions

CutHouse is operated by Telstraight International Inc. If you wish to delete your CutHouse account and associated personal data, we offer a straightforward process to help you manage your privacy.

Method 1: Delete Within the App (Recommended)

You can initiate account deletion directly within the App.

Open the CutHouse App and log in to your account.
Navigate to Settings > Delete Account.
Review the information shown on screen.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Method 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot complete the deletion process in-app, you may request deletion by contacting us directly.

Send your request to privacy@telstraight.com.
Please include enough information for us to locate your account, such as your registered email address.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Happens Next?

Upon request, your profile, portfolio, and personal data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.

Exceptions for Affiliate Partners

Because our platform involves affiliate commissions, please note the following exception.

We may retain certain information (such as transaction history and tax records for affiliate payouts) as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
